We approached Mandy Prindiville (Inspired FX) in late 2010 to upgrade our kitchen, main living area, bathroom, window treatments and interior and exterior painting.

We choose Mandy because we knew that she had the expertise, flair and a network of quality specialist contractors to get the job done efficiently and professionally within our budget.

What we liked about Mandy was her ability to take complete control and provide cost effective ideas which enabled us to sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. We could tell that her expectations about the quality of work she provided were high.

Mandy made frequent contact to check on the progress of work and was always available. Her attention to the quality of work we have to say seemed to surpass our own expectations. If Mandy was not happy with a particular feature she replaced it promptly with a more expensive item at no extra cost to us.

We were so impressed with the result of her work that we decided to use her expertise to redesign our front garden as well. Needless to say we were equally impressed with the result.

To summarise what impressed us the most about our experience working with Mandy, we would have to say it was her flair, honesty, sense of ownership and efficiency. Visitors to our house have also commented favourably on what Mandy has done.

We felt that we got more than we budgeted for and would certainly recommend her.

Inspired effects by Mandy Prindiville were fantastic. My bathroom was very cost efficient, the tradesmen were very reliable and friendly and Mandy was absolutely delightful to deal with. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Inspired FX came to me, through a referral from a friend. We had a large renovation that was too big an undertaking for my wife and myself. They organized council planning, structural engineer, architectural drawings, and oversaw the whole build.
